Orders are normally processed within [1–3 business days] after confirmation. Delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the courier service used.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and phone number. If an order is returned because of incorrect customer information or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before reshipping.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery and provide your order details along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
